• Appointment Preferences
• We do our very best to accommodate your preferred appointment times (subject to availability).
• First Come First Serve applies to appointment requests, with multiple reminders provide to all clients to ensure appt request submission.

• We prioritize long term clients but this is only possible when this request is lodged immediately upon appt offer release. 
• We get that your preferences might change! We are very happy to adjust appointment times in the new year as required (subject to availability).

• Appointment Availability
• Your current years appointment times do not roll over into the new year! You need to request this time again even if you want the same appointment time.
• Things change. Just like children change teachers most years, our therapists may also change working hours, clinic locations and/or communities visited.
• Not all clinics offer all appointments. Not all clinics or therapist offer all listed days or times of appointments.  
• Don’t know your preferred appointment times for next year yet? No problem. We will be happy to help you when you do (subject to availability).

• Tips to help you secure your preferred times:
  • Act Rapidly: Complete the request below as soon as possible.
  • List as many appt. options as possible (to maximise the chance of securing a preferred time).
  • Choose Carefully! High demand often makes it extremely difficult to accommodate appointment request changes after the new year schedule is populated.

*In-community appointments incur additional charges due to travel time and petrol costs, and less availability as time is lost in travel.

* Due to limited availability of community appointments, please also indicate preferred in-clinic appointment locations below to ensure continued access to therapy in 2025.

*Research indicates that therapy any less frequent than fortnightly has minimal benefit. Instead it is more beneficial to do ‘bursts’ of frequent (ideally weekly) therapy targeted toward specific goals. We acknowledge families need to select the frequency that works best for them.
