Things to know:
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment times subject to availability.
- We give preference to our long term clients but this is only possible when this request is lodged immediately upon release. To a large extent, the ‘first come first serve’ policy applies so please complete the link as soon as possible.
- Just like children change classroom each year, our therapists may also change working hours and/or clinic locations.
- Not all clinics offer all listed days or times of appointments.
- Your 2023 appointment time does not roll over into the new year – you will need to request this time again even if you want the same appointment time in 2024.
- Don’t know your preferred appointment times for next year yet? No problem. We will be happy to help you when you do (subject to availability).
Tips to help you secure your preferred times:
- Complete the appointment request form below and submit as soon as possible
- Be sure to give as many appointment options as possible to increase the chance of securing a preferred time.
- We know your plans might change! We are very happy to adjust appointment times in the new year as required (subject to availability).
